TrueFast

Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the TrueFast iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch app. TrueFast is designed to work on device first, with optional services you can choose to enable.

What TrueFast stores by default

TrueFast stores your fasting history, schedules, settings, and related app data on your device so the app can track active and completed fasts, show widgets, and keep your routine available offline.

Optional sync

Sync is optional. If you choose to enable it, TrueFast uses Sign in with Apple and sends the data needed to keep your fasting records in sync across your devices. If you do not enable sync, the app continues to work locally.

Diagnostics

TrueFast may offer optional diagnostics uploads to help investigate reliability issues. Diagnostics uploads are off unless you choose to enable them or explicitly trigger an upload.

Health, notifications, and Apple platform permissions

Depending on the features you use, TrueFast may request permission for:

  • Notifications, to deliver fasting reminders and milestone alerts.
  • Apple Health, if you choose to save completed fasts to Health.
  • Sign in with Apple, only if you choose to enable sync.

In-app purchases

TrueFast includes an optional one-time tip jar. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices.

Advertising and tracking

TrueFast is not built around ads, ad targeting, or subscription funnels. This site and app are intended to avoid unnecessary data collection.
