- Is the app free? Yes. The core timer, history, streaks, badges, widgets, Live Activity, and Apple Watch are free forever.
- What does TrueFast Pro add? iCloud sync across devices, unlimited schedules, weight tracking with Apple Health, advanced 90- and 180-day charts, CSV export, and custom themes and app icons.
- How do I restore a purchase? Settings in the app has a "Restore Purchases" option that re-checks your Apple ID entitlements.
- Will sync work if I'm not Pro? No. Sync uses iCloud and is Pro-only. Free users run local-only with zero degradation.
- Widgets are blank. Force-quit the app once, then reopen it. If it keeps happening, email us with your device and iOS version — we take widget reliability seriously.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by the App Store, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple denies a refund and you feel strongly, email support and we'll help where we can.
Data and privacy
How TrueFast handles data is covered in the privacy policy. If you want your data deleted, email support with the Apple ID email address you use for the app.
